Trail Riders of the Canadian Rockies

Trail Ride to the Coral Creek and Job Valley (8 Days)

This epic trip features the amazing views of Coral Creek and Job Valley with 2 added nights on the mighty Brazeau River.  Blend old traditions with new as you fly 30 km on helicopters  and pack up the horses for a breath-taking trip over Job Pass.  Explore these beautiful  valleys and gain a sense of appreciation and wonder for this virtually untouched paradise. The trip returns over scenic Job pass into Coral Creek Valley and  concludes with the satisfaction of riding back to base camp through the area that you flew over when you began the adventure.

The experience is a rustic return to traditional roots, travelling much the same way explorers did in the early days of the Canadian West.

We move both supplies and riders by horse via long established horse trails. We operate without access to electricity, cell phone service or running water. Meals are prepared by a skilled backcountry cook with a small tin wood burning camp stove and served out of a common cook tent. Guests stay warm and comfortable in canvas wall tents outfitted with cots and heater stoves. Camp facilities include small bag showers and shared outhouses.

Your guides are very experienced with horses, trails, wildlife, and all things backcountry. Their first priority is your safety. Their passion for the way of life and their many trail  adventures provides colourful entertainment around an evening campfire.

The scenery is among the best in the world. Towering mountains, pure crisp streams, subalpine lakes and high mountain passes provide much awe and inspiration. We share the area with plenty of native wildlife and sightings are common.
