To make a reservation for one of our trail rides, simply complete these three easy steps…
- Complete the registration form.
- Send your $500 deposit. Simply submit your deposit within 10 business days from the time of your online registration.
- Complete your payment. To complete your reservation, submit the remaining balance of your reservation 90 days before your scheduled ride.
Your reservation is not guaranteed until you complete the reservation form and submit your $500 deposit.
We accept four options for payment: Bank draft in Canadian funds, U.S. checks, Canadian cheques, and Interac eTransfers (ie. using email).

Refer-a-friend Discount Program
The Refer-a-friend discount Program is a great way to refer people to a ride with T.R.C.R. and save money on your own ride. The sponsor, or the person referring T.R.C.R. to a newcomer is eligible for a $100/new rider discount. The sponsor must have ridden in a previous year and also be riding that current year (not necessarily the same ride dates), and is already paying full price for the ride, (other Refer-a-friend discounts do not make you ineligible). You can refer as many new riders as you like. The referrals must turn into paid memberships and rides. The sponsor will be issued a cheque for the amount of referrals that have subscribed to the season.
